ABOUT
Hello! My name is Jackie and I am the owner, baker, and gardener of Sunshine Reflections Bakery & Goods. My husband and I along with our fur and feathered ones live in the Northfield area on a hobby farm. We enjoy our country living and spending time with family and friends.
In 2024 I started SRBG to provide GF/DF baked treats for people to enjoy whether with or without an allergy. Being GF, mostly DF, and trying to limit sugar for over 15 years, it has been hard trying to find GF and DF treats with less sugar. Treats that are too sugary were making me feel sluggish instead of more energy. For anyone with gut issues or sensitivities to a food knows the effects.
Along with baked treats, I also plan to sell vegetables from my garden along with canned goods, when those items become available.
Please check out the menu, submit an order, or contact me with any questions!
Thank you for visiting! Have a blessed day!
Jackie

At this time, No it is not. I do NOT bake with any gluten products and I avoid cross contact. Gluten products are consumed within our home and there could be a risk of cross contact. My husband uses very few gluten items (tortillas and crackers) and they are NOT stored separately. My oven was brand new a little over a year ago and nothing with gluten has been baked in it and I don't ever plan to or allow anyone to put gluten in it. We have a separate smaller oven for gluten items. Some of my pans and mixing tools I still use from when I did bake with gluten products over 4 years ago.

Love, Patience, and a Recipe!
I have been GF and mostly DF for 15 years. I have tried a lot of store bought items and a lot of recipes. In the early years and every once in a while now something doesn’t taste good and it goes in the trash. Throughout all the years of tweaking recipes, my husband, family, and friends have been the taste testers and the approvers of the recipes. I am also very picky on flavor and texture so if it doesn’t pass my requirements then it’s not going to with anyone else.
